Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide in-home, one-on-one care in Grovetown, GA. You will support daily living activities, offer emotional support, assist with meals, and document care plans using EMR standards.

The role requires GA CNA certification, CPR, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently in a home setting with a mix of day shifts—full-time or part-time. Hospice or home health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Active CNA certification in GA is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Ability to work independently in a home setting.
• Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.
• Support meal preparation, nutrition support and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in condition.
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards.

Compensation:

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.

Shifts: Full-Time or Part-Time Day shifts with alternating weekends
