Job summary

Edgewood Healthcare is seeking a CNA for Overnight shifts at our Grand Forks, ND community. The role focuses on promoting independence and safety for residents in a welcoming environment.

You will assist with ADLs, document care, and uphold HIPAA and organizational policies while delivering compassionate, person-centered care during overnight hours. Edgewood provides comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license is required.
• Caregiving experience is preferred.
• Willingness to train new employees shown.
• Strong compassion and effective communication required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal cares and ADLs (dressing, showers, etc).
• Demonstrate kindness and maintain resident dignity.
• Document cares accurately and timely.
• Follow HIPAA and Edgewood policies.
