Greenway Health and Rehabilitation Center in Grand Bay, AL is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in a skilled nursing setting. Qualifications

• Active CNA Certification in Alabama is required.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab is preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are essential.
• Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct professional care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and exercise programs.
• Measure and record vital signs, weight, and other health indicators.
• Observe residents' condition and report concerns to supervisors.
• Support nutritional needs by assisting with meals, hydration, and feeding.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment including bed making and linen changes.
• Assist with admissions, discharges and transfers while ensuring comfort.
• Document care provided accurately in medical records and charts.
• Communicate effectively with residents, facilities and team members.
• Respond promptly to call lights and urgent needs.

Greenway Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)to join our growing team in Grand Bay, Alabama. In this role, you will work closely with our nursing staff to provide excellent care to our residents, assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring their comfort and well-being.

CNA Requirements

• Active CNA Certification in Alabama
