Camellia Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in Mobile, Alabama. You will work closely with our nursing staff to help residents with daily activities, monitor vital signs, and support their comfort and well-being.
Active CNA certification in Alabama
Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living
Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and exercise programs
Measure and record vital signs, weight, and other health indicators
Observe residents’ physical and emotional condition and report concerns to nursing staff
Assist with meals, hydration, and feeding as needed
Maintain a safe and clean environment, including making beds and changing linens
Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
Document care provided accurately and promptly
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
Respond promptly to resident call lights and urgent needs
