Greenway Health and Rehabilitation Center in Grand Bay, AL is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in a skilled nursing setting. You will work closely with our nursing staff to provide excellent care to residents, assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Qualificações

• Active CNA Certification in Alabama is required.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab is preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are essential.
• Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct professional care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and exercise programs.
• Measure and record vital signs, weight, and other health indicators.
• Observe residents' condition and report concerns to supervisors.
• Support nutritional needs by assisting with meals, hydration, and feeding.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment including bed making and linen changes.
• Assist with admissions, discharges and transfers while ensuring comfort.
• Document care provided accurately in medical records and charts.
• Communicate effectively with residents, facilities and team members.
• Respond promptly to call lights and urgent needs.
