Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Madison, TN to deliver in-home, one-on-one patient care for individuals connected to Department of Energy programs. You will support ADLs, provide companionship, assist with meals, and follow care plans using EMR documentation.

The role offers day and night shifts with full-time/part-time flexibility, and benefits such as PTO, health/dental/vision, EAP, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR certified.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting.
• Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.
• Support meal preparation, nutrition support and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in condition.
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards.

Compensation:

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.
