Responsibilities

• Conduct vital signs, report changes to loved ones and healthcare providers, and document patient information accurately.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Demonstrate empathy and understanding in all interactions with patients and their families.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to infection control practices and other safety protocols.
