Creative Solutions In HealthCare invites a reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. You will support residents with daily care and work closely with the care team to provide compassionate, high-quality service in a warm, respectful environment.

You will perform personal care, assist with mobility, record vitals and meals, maintain the resident environment, and ensure safety by following care policies.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas.
• Ability to accurately record information and perform technical procedures.
• Good communication, self-discipline and patience.
• Cares for elderly and individuals with disabilities.
• Understands and upholds the Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities.
• Follows safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines.
• Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked.
• Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics.
• Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption.
• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed.

We’re seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor. You’ll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high-quality service.

In This Role, You Will
