Homecare Heroes of Texas is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care in Fort Worth, Texas. You will support patients with daily activities, monitor health, and work closely with families and clinicians to maintain comfort and independence.

Qualifications

Current CNA certification.
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in healthcare or related field preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing assistance to patients in their homes, focusing on their unique needs and preferences.
Conduct vital signs, report changes to loved ones and healthcare providers, and document patient information accurately.
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Demonstrate empathy and understanding in all interactions with patients and their families.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to infection control practices and other safety protocols.
