Job summary

Creative Solutions In HealthCare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Texas to join our caring team. You will provide daily personal care, document vitals and meals, and help residents with mobility and positioning in a supportive environment.

The role requires compassionate service, reliable attendance, and adherence to safety policies while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary care team.

Qualifications

• Holds a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas.
• Records information accurately and performs technical procedures.
• Communicates well and demonstrates self-discipline and patience.
• Genuinely cares for the elderly and individuals with disabilities.
• Follows safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: grooming, bathing, pericare, dressing.
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens and stock supplies.
• Support Mobility: assist with ambulation and transfers with proper body mechanics.
• Record Vital Information: document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meals.
• Assist with Positioning: turn and reposition residents for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: lead range of motion exercises and reality orientation.

We’re seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor. You’ll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high-quality service.

In This Role, You Will

• Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines
• Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked
• Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics
• Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption
• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety
• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed
