Creative Solutions in Healthcare is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate daily care to residents. You will work with the care team to support personal needs, document vitals and intake, and help residents with mobility and comfort.

A Texas CNA certificate is required, with strong reliability and patience a must. The role emphasizes safety, respectful care, and engagement with residents, including ROM exercises and daily routine management.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Texas CNA certificate.
• Ability to accurately record vitals and care notes.
• Strong communication and patience with residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, dressing.
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens, stock supplies.
• Support Mobility: assist with ambulation and transfers using proper body mechanics.
• Record Vital Information: document vitals, weights, intake/output, meals.
• Assist with Positioning: turn/reposition residents for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: ROM exercises and reality orientation as directed.

We’re seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor. You’ll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high-quality service.

Your Impact as a Certified Nursing Assistant

In This Role, You Will

• Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines
• Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked
• Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics
• Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption
• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety
• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed
