This full-time role requires reliable attendance, strong communication, and compassionate care; responsibilities include personal care, mobility support, vital sign recording, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Texas CNA certification.
• Ability to record information accurately and perform clinical procedures.
• Strong communication, self-discipline, and patience.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing.
• Maintain resident environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked.
• Support mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics.
• Record vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption accurately.
• Assist with positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety.
• Encourage engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed.

We’re seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor. You’ll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high-quality service.

In This Role, You Will
