Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a CNA to provide in-home, one-on-one care for individuals connected to DOE or Nuclear Energy programs. You will support daily living activities, offer companionship, and follow care plans to ensure quality of life in patients' homes.

You will work part-time with shifts described as two 4-hour blocks. The role requires a valid CNA certification, CPR, and a valid driver’s license; prior home health experience is preferred. Auburn, CA posting.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Active CNA certification (state-specific) is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting is essential.
• Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.
• Support meal preparation, nutrition, and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in condition.
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards.
