Hendrix Health & Rehabilitation in Alabama is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver compassionate care to residents. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents, and coordinate with nurses to ensure safety and comfort.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming and eating.
• Monitor health changes and report to nursing staff promptly.
• Provide mobility assistance including transfers and positioning.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized resident environment.
• Document care and observations according to facility policy.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines.

Position Overview: Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA )

You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. You will work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of those in our care.

Required Qualifications:

1. Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state you are applying for
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Previous experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to varying shift schedules.
7. Current CPR certification is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
