We are seeking a compassionate CNA to provide high-quality care for pediatric and adult clients to improve their quality of life at home.
We pursue the best possible outcomes as defined by the client, family members, and care team. The CNA will provide direct care, assist with activities of daily living, follow the client's care plan, and document all care provided.
Minimum Education: Completed a state-accredited CNA Program.
Minimum Experience: 1-year experience as a CNA preferred; home care experience preferred.
Licenses/Certifications: Colorado CNA certificate in good standing (DORA), current BLS/CPR required.
Physical and mental demands include regular use of hands, communication, occasional standing, walking, sitting, reaching, and driving. Work environment is home-based, with potential exposure to communicable diseases and other hazards. Equipment used includes electronic health records, laptops/tablets, and vital sign assessment tools.
