Job summary

Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at North Strabane is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to provide routine daily nursing care and services for residents under the direction of licensed staff. Work schedules include full-time 7a-3p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7a shifts, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employees.

Overtime is available after 8 hours for full-time and part-time staff, and same-day pay is now offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification with approved Nurse Aide Training program and competency evaluation.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

The purpose of this role is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan and as may be directed by your supervisor in accordance with the requirements of the policies and procedures of this facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility.

Job Responsibilities:

• Day to day resident care duties under the supervision of the licensed nurses.
• Assist in maintaining a positive physical, social and psychological environment for the resident.

Education and Qualifications:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess an active Certified Nursing Assistant certification, having successfully completed a state approved Nurse Aide Training program and competency evaluation.
