Job summary

Kadima Healthcare Group is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time role in Harmony Junction, PA. Base pay is $23.00 per hour, with a $0.50 shift differential for afternoons and nights and a $3.00 weekend bump. A $5,000 hire-on bonus is offered for full-time employees.

The CNAs provide routine daily nursing care per the resident's plan under supervision. Education includes a high school diploma or equivalent and an active CNA certification with state-approved Nurse Aide

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess an active Certified Nursing Assistant certification, having successfully completed a state approved Nurse Aide Training program and competency evaluation.

The purpose of this role is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan and as may be directed by your supervisor in accordance with the requirements of the policies and procedures of this facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility.
