Job summary

Brighton Rehabilitation & Wellness Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine daily nursing care to residents under the supervision of licensed nurses. You will follow care plans and support residents’ physical and emotional well-being.

Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent and active CNA certification with state-approved Nurse Aide Training and competency evaluation.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess an active Certified Nursing Assistant certification, having successfully completed a state approved Nurse Aide Training program and competency evaluation.

• Day to day resident care duties under the supervision of the licensed nurses.
• Assist in maintaining a positive physical, social and psychological environment for the resident.

Job description

$5000 Sign-on bonus (paid quarterly)

$23/hr FT no benefits “plus shift diff”

Scale based on years certified up to 19.5 - including shift differential (depending on shift)

Schedules available to include every other weekend opportunities

The purpose of this role is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan and as may be directed by your supervisor in accordance with the requirements of the policies and procedures of this facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility.
