Position Summary:

Provide a safe environment, emotional and social support, and attend to residents' physical needs and comfort. Perform direct care as per the resident’s care plan and supervisor’s instructions, following all health, sanitary, and infection control policies.

Education & Qualifications:

• Current certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing, or meet state law requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old (or currently in high school if 16).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and follow instructions.
• Good interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with team members.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitary procedures.
• Availability to work scheduled hours.
• Must not pose a health and safety threat to others.

Experience:

• Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Shift & Wage:

• Full-Time and Part-Time
• Shifts vary: 7am-12pm (PT), others as needed
• Wage: $16.00 - $19.00/hr
• Sign-on Bonus: $1,000
