The Terraces of Boise, a HumanGood community in Boise, ID, is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team. As a NAC/CNA, you will deliver compassionate, person-directed care aligned with our philosophy, helping residents maintain independence and engage in daily living and activities.

We offer multiple shifts (FT Day 6am-2pm, FT Evening 2pm-10pm, FT NOC 10pm-6am) with sign-on bonus. Pay ranges from $18 to $25 per hour plus shift differentials.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required.
• Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred.
• New grads are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and basic care.
• Support independence by encouraging participation in daily activities.
• Provide a safe, caring environment aligned with the facility's philosophy.

Our Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC/CNA) actively incorporate our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You would develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs, to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.

Schedules Available (SIGN ON BONUS FOR BOTH FULL AND PART TIME POSITIONS)

FT Day Shifts: 6am-2pm- Sunday-Thursday- Must have Sunday availability

FT Evening Shifts: 2pm-10pm- Must have Sunday availability

FT NOC Shifts: 10pm-6am- Tuesday-Saturday or Friday-Tuesday

Pay range:

$18-25 per hour, depending on years of licensed CNA experience + shift differentials for qualifying shifts

Shift Differentials:

$1 for Evening shift, $2 for NOC shift

To Be Successful In The Role, You Would Have
