Job summary

Terraces of Boise, a HumanGood community, is hiring CNAs to join our team on-site in Boise, Idaho. The role involves delivering person-centered care and supporting residents with daily activities while promoting independence, safety, and dignity.

Competitive pay ($18–$25/hr) with shift differentials, sign-on bonuses for full-time and part-time, and a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) with match, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred.
• New grads are welcome.

Responsibilities

Our Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC/CNA) actively incorporate our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You would develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs, to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.

Schedules Available (SIGN ON BONUS FOR BOTH FULL AND PART TIME POSITIONS):

FT Day Shifts: 6am-2pm- Sunday-Thursday- Must have Sunday availability

FT Evening Shifts: 2pm-10pm- Must have Sunday availability

FT NOC Shifts: 10pm-6am- Tuesday-Saturday or Friday-Tuesday

Pay range: $18-25 per hour, depending on years of licensed CNA experience + shift differentials for qualifying shifts

Shift Differentials:$1 for Evening shift, $2 for NOC shift

To be successful in the role, you would have:
