Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing in Austin, TX is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to perform direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or LPN. The role supports personal needs and comforts of patients and assists with routine activities.

Qualifications

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) performs directpatient care under the direct supervision of a RN or LPN/LVN or other licensedmedical professional.

The CNA/NA performs a variety of individualized patient careactivities and related non-professional services necessary in caring for thepersonal needs and comforts of patients.

• One year experience as a nursing assistant preferred

• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
• Current CPR if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
