Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support patient care in Washington facilities under the supervision of registered nurses or licensed practical nurses. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, safety checks, and documentation to ensure comfort and dignity for patients.

This contract–part time position may involve travel between Stanwood and Airway Heights, WA, with opportunities for weekly pay and access to the company benefits

Qualifications

• One year of nursing assistant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Clerical skills to support documentation and scheduling.
• CPR certification if applicable.
• Health certificate current per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Job description

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) performs directpatient care under the direct supervision of a RN or LPN/LVN or other licensedmedical professional.

The CNA/NA performs a variety of individualized patient careactivities and related non-professional services necessary in caring for thepersonal needs and comforts of patients.

• One year experience as a nursing assistant preferred
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant per client/staterequirements Knowledge of medical terminology and knowledge of clericalfunctions
• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
• Current CPR if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
