Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. in Ann Arbor, MI seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide in-home personal care and companionship for seniors and individuals with health needs.

You will support daily living activities, assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep, and light housekeeping, while ensuring a safe, clean home environment. Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Six months of experience in a healthcare role preferred.
• CPR certification.
• Valid Michigan driver’s license with auto insurance and reliable transportation.
• Compassionate and helpful with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide the personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation and companionship.
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders, document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns.
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies

Flex Schedules 2-4 hour & 8-12 hour

Current Schedule Openings: Monday - Friday: 7:00a-3:00p, 3:00p-7:00p, 4:00p-9:00p, 8:00a-12:00p, 2:00p-5:00p, 7:45a-1:00p Weekends: 8:00am-12:00pm, 4:00pm-9:00pm, 7:00am-3:00pm, 11:00pm-7:00am

Pay range $16.50-$17.00 hourly
