What You'll Do

• Provide nursing and related services to residents according to their assessment and care plan.
• Maintain a homelike environment for residents.
• Protect and promote resident rights.
• Assist residents in maintaining independence and control to the greatest extent possible.

• Successful completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant training and competency evaluation program or equivalent verification from the State Nurse Assistant Registry.
• No findings in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.
• Prior experience providing personal care in a healthcare setting is preferred.
