Key Responsibilities

• Perform duties per SC Department of Public Health regulations
• Create a cordial environment for residents, families, visitors, and staff
• Assist residents with ADLs and respond to call lights
• Follow care plans and communicate changes to nurses and families
• Complete documentation in line with policies and regulations
• Maintain a clean, neat, and compliant living area
• Adhere to safety and sanitary standards
• Work weekends, holidays, and as per resident needs
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Certified Nursing Assistant certification
• CPR certification
• 1-3 years of CNA experience
