Job summary

Edgewood Healthcare in Duluth, MN seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents under care plans, assist with ADLs, and ensure dignity in every interaction.

This full-time or part-time daytime role offers a base pay of $18.00–$26.00/hour, with $0.75 evening, $2.00 overnight, and $1.00 for med passer training, plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus and tuition opportunities toward LPN/RN licenses.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license is required.
• Medication Aide certification is required.
• Prior caregiving experience is desired.
• Willingness to train new employees.
• Desire to continue learning and improving your skillset.

Responsibilities

• Pass medications according to each resident's care plan
• Help with personal cares such as dressing, assisting with showers and baths, and other ADLs
• Demonstrate kindness and provide dignity during resident interactions
• Document cares appropriately
• Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies
