Job summary

Landmark Assisted Living in Vernal, Utah seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents according to care plans, under supervision.

You will assist with daily living, mobility, meals, and documentation, while maintaining dignity, confidentiality, and safety, following facility policies.

CPR/BLS and Food Handler permits preferred; 1 year SNF/ALF experience suggested; training on safety and infection control provided.

Qualifications

• CNA in good standing with the state (preferred, not required).
• High school diploma or equivalent completed.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Current Food Handler Permit where applicable.
• 1 year of CNA SNF/ALF experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide CNA services to assigned residents per care plans.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Assist with lifting, turning, positioning, and transporting.
• Coordinate dining room services, meal delivery, and feeding assistance.
• Record intake, weight, and monitor skin condition; report changes.
