Job summary

Fundamental is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team in Lancaster, South Carolina. The CNA will provide daily care and support to residents and patients, including bathing assistance, linen changes, and vital sign checks.

The ideal candidate is licensed, reliable, and able to respond to emergencies while communicating clearly in English to ensure high-quality care and smooth operations. A commitment to empathetic patient support is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed CNA, in good standing with the state.
• Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required.
• Must be able to relate information concerning a resident’s condition.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English Language.
• CNA must be a caring individual dedicated to providing high quality care to residents/patients.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and services to residents and patients.

• Position patients properly and monitor comfort.
• Offer hydration and monitor intake.
• Check in on patients during morning and night.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by nursing staff.

Position Overview

We are seeking a caring and empathetic Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing the highest level of daily care and support to our residents and patients.

Posted Salary Range

USD $19.00 - $22.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

Our CNAs provide daily care and services that support the nursing care delivered to residents and patients in the facility.

• Assistance with bathing
• Changing linens
• Properly positioning patients
• Offering hydration
• Checking in on patients in the morning and night
• Taking/ recording vital signs
• CNAs may perform other similar duties as assigned by the nursing department when necessary
