Job summary

Fundamental in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. The role offers part-time or PRN options and focuses on daily resident support and quality care in a facility setting.

The CNA will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure comfort and safety for residents and patients.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CNA license in good standing with the state.
• Ability to respond appropriately in emergencies as needed.
• Able to communicate clearly about a resident’s condition and care needs.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Caring and dedicated to delivering high-quality resident care.
• Reliable transportation required for shifts and assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and support to residents and patients.
• Assist with bathing, linen changes, and positioning for comfort.
• Monitor and document vital signs and daily observations.
• Engage residents in activities and ensure hydration and safety.
• Support nursing staff with routine tasks and care delivery.
• Perform similar duties as assigned by the nursing department when needed.

Position Summary

We are seeking a caring and empathetic Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing the highest level of daily care and support to our residents and patients.

Part-Time and PRN also available.

Posted Salary Range

USD $17.00 - USD $20.50 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

Our CNAs provide daily care and services that support the nursing care delivered to residents and patients in the facility.

Certified Nursing Assistants deliver care to residents and patients including:

• Assistance with bathing
• Changing linens
• Properly positioning patients
• Offering hydration
• Checking in on patients in the morning and night
• Taking/ recording vital signs
• CNAs may perform other similar duties as assigned by the nursing department when necessary

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be a licensed CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state (as required)
• Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required
• Must be able to relate information concerning a resident’s condition
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English Language
• CNAs must be a caring individual dedicated to providing high quality care to our residents/patients
• Reliable transportation required
