The Margaret E. Moul Home is seeking a dedicated Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our team on the 1st shift. You will provide compassionate daily resident care and collaborate with a skilled nursing team in a long-term care setting.

As a CNA, you will assist with activities of daily living, monitor residents, and help maintain a safe, clean environment. We offer signing bonuses and comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.

Qualificações

• CNA certification required and active.
• Experience with mechanical lifts or willingness to learn.
• Prior neuromuscular care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of neuromuscular disorders and care techniques preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and ensure patient safety.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Monitor and report changes in patients’ condition, including neurological and muscular status.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely per facility policies.
• Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures at all times.

We specialize in caring for individuals with cerebral palsy and other neuromuscular conditions and are committed to providing personalized, high-quality care in a supportive and collaborative environment. As a CNA, you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our residents, support their daily needs, and make a positive difference in their lives each day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

Work Environment

Work Environment

This is an in-person, hands-on position at the Margaret E. Moul Home. CNAs work directly with residents and alongside the nursing and healthcare team in a long-term care setting. This position requires regular on-site attendance and active, hands-on support with residents throughout the shift.
