Job summary

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in Pompton Plains, New Jersey, is seeking a compassionate CNA to join our night shift team. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus for new hires and a $1,500 referral bonus for internal referrals that lead to hiring.

You will support residents’ daily living, assist with activities, and collaborate with the clinical team to address needs while benefiting from medical/dental/vision plans, a 401k with company match,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional and clinical needs.
• Assist residents in activities of daily living.
• Implement residents' personal care plans with focus on routines and comfort.
• Assist with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address resident needs promptly.

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs


• Assisting residents in activities of daily living


• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging


• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs


• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

What you will need

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred

• Must be at least 18 years of age
