Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in New Jersey is seeking CNAs for full-time and part-time night shifts. The role offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus and referral bonuses for internal employees who refer someone for night shifts.

Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with compensation $21–$25 per hour plus shift differential. The position includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, PTO and company-paid volunteer hours, a 401(k) with 3% match, on-site medical centers, dining

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilités

• Supporting residents with physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living.
• Implementing residents' personal care plans with focus on comfort and belonging.
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Working with the clinical team to address residents' needs in a timely manner.

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

What you will need

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills required.
