Job summary

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in New Jersey is seeking CNAs to support residents across shifts. Full-time night shift sign-on bonus of $2,500 and a referral bonus of $1,500 for successful internal referrals are available. We offer competitive hourly wages ($21-$25) plus shift differentials and a comprehensive benefits package.

Full-time and part-time night shift positions are available. Applicants must have CNA certification in the state, be at least 18, and have CPR preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state you are working.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities.
• Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implement residents' personal care plans focusing on preferences and routines.
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address resident needs in a timely manner.

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

What you will need
