Job summary

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in Pompton Plains, New Jersey, is seeking CNAs for full-time night shifts and part-time night shifts. Compensation ranges from $21-$25 per hour, plus shift differential, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus for new CNAs and a $1,500 internal referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living.
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and routines.
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs.
• Working with the clinical team to ensure timely care for residents.

How you will make an impact

• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
