Ascension's Providence Village in Waco, TX is seeking a compassionate Nurse Aide to provide essential daily care, including bathing, dressing, feeding and mobility assistance, within a supportive Skilled Nursing environment.

Successful candidates will have Nurse Aide certification prior to hire, (BLS preferred), a high school diploma or GED, and will join a team that emphasizes dignity, safety and quality of life for residents. This full-time day schedule offers a competitive hourly salary.

Qualifications

• Nurse Aide certification required prior to hire date or at time of transfer.
• BLS Provider preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides essential daily care, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility assistance.
• Observes and reports changes in residents’ condition to the nursing team.
• Creates a safe, respectful environment and preserves residents' dignity and quality of life.
• Contributes to compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered care.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: Nurse Aide obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• BLS Provider preferred.
