• Fostering Connections: build meaningful relationships with residents and families to create trust and belonging.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: keep residents’ rooms and common areas clean, organized, and sanitary.
• Accurate Documentation: record and report changes in residents’ conditions and care plans.
• Collaborating with the Team: work with nurses and healthcare staff to deliver holistic care.
