Excelsior Care Group at Seagate Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Brooklyn, NY invites compassionate CNAs to join our team. We offer up to $24.21 per hour, with all shifts available, and a warm, supportive environment focused on resident well-being.

As a CNA you will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents, document changes, and collaborate with nurses to deliver holistic care across all shifts, building trusted relationships with residents and families.

Qualifications

Your Role as a CNA:

• Promoting Comfort & Safety: Monitoring residents’ physical and emotional well-being and responding to changes with care and attentiveness.
• Fostering Connections: Building meaningful relationships with residents and families, creating trust and a true sense of belonging.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensuring residents’ rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and sanitary.
• Accurate Documentation: Recording and reporting changes in residents’ conditions and care plans to support effective teamwork.
• Collaborating with the Team: Working alongside nurses and healthcare staff to deliver individualized, holistic care.
• Enhancing Quality of Life: Engaging residents in activities that support physical, emotional, and social well-being.
