Job summary

Excelsior Care Group seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Townhouse Center for Rehabilitation in Uniondale, NY. This role supports residents with daily living activities, monitors health and comfort, and helps maintain a clean, safe environment.

The CNA will collaborate with nurses and staff to deliver personalized care, document changes, and promote residents' well‑being and dignity in a warm, home‑like setting.
