Ascension Health in Brookfield, WI, is seeking a Day shift, full-time Nurse Aide to support residents in a long term care and skilled nursing setting at Franciscan Place. You will assist with daily living activities, help with physician-ordered procedures, monitor changes, and contribute to a safe, healing environment.

Qualifications include a Nurse Aide credential, BLS preferred, and a high school diploma or GED. Weekend rotation availability is preferred to support staffing needs.

• BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

• Champion Resident Safety: Proactively identify safety hazards and respond to emergency situations to ensure a secure and supportive living environment.
