Job summary

Kadima Healthcare in New Wilmington, PA, is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide routine daily nursing care to assigned residents in alignment with each resident’s care plan. You will work under licensed nurses to ensure quality, respectful care and safety at all times.

The role includes the 3:00pm–11:00pm shift, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus. Eligible candidates hold an active CNA certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and will join a supportive, community-focused team offering

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification with state-approved Nurse Aide training and competency evaluation.

Job Description

The purpose of this role is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan and as may be directed by your supervisor in accordance with the requirements of the policies and procedures of this facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility!

Education and Qualifications
