Job summary

Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at New Wilmington is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide daily nursing care to residents. The role includes duties under licensed nurses and maintaining a positive environment for residents, with a 3:00pm to 11:00pm shift.

A high school diploma and an active CNA certification are required, with completion of state-approved Nurse Aide Training and competency evaluation. We offer a sign-on bonus and a supportive, community-focused workplace.

Job Description

The purpose of this role is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan and as may be directed by your supervisor in accordance with the requirements of the policies and procedures of this facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility!

Job Responsibilities:

• Day to day resident care duties under the supervision of the licensed nurses.

• Assist in maintaining a positive physical, social and psychological environment for the resident.

Shifts

• 3:00pm - 11:00pm

Education and Qualifications:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
