Job summary

Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at Irwin is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. You will provide routine daily care to residents under the supervision of licensed nurses, helping maintain a safe and compassionate environment.

We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem roles, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires, a $3/hr shift differential for the 3–11 shift, and Weekend Baylor program options with additional bonuses. Same-day pay is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification having successfully completed a state-approved Nurse Aide Training program and competency evaluation
