Utopia Home Care, Inc. is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant to join our growing team in New Haven, CT.

The CNA/HHA will provide hands-on care for clients in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living and medication reminders, while upholding compassionate, patient-centered care. Located at 18 Tower Lane, New Haven, the role offers per diem, part-time, and full-time shifts with flexible schedules and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Must have a HHA or CNA certification from a state approved training provider.
• Must be able to provide original documents for CT Driver's License or CT State ID and original Social Security Card.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal reminders, and mobility transfers.
• Provide hands-on care in clients' homes in New Haven, CT with patience and empathy.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate client needs to the care team.
