Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care for clients in their homes, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and medication reminders.
• Support seniors and clients with disabilities with patience and compassion, delivering reliable in-home care.
• Follow care plans, document observations, and communicate changes to supervising nurse.
