Job summary

Boost Home Healthcare is seeking Certified Home Health Aides to deliver one-on-one patient care in the Fort Collins area, helping patients stay independent at home.

Starting wages are $20.00–$25.00 per hour, with opportunities for advancement for both part-time and full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Must have Certified Home Health Aide credentials in the state of agency operation.
• Must have current BLS Certification.
• One Year (1) of healthcare experience in healthcare settings such as Home Health, Hospice, or Long-Term Care.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal care, bath and hands-on care as assigned.
• Complete appropriate visit records in a timely manner as per Agency policy.
• Report changes in the patient’s condition and needs to the RN.
• Perform household services essential to health care in the home as assigned.
• Ambulate and exercise the patient as assigned and assist with medications that are ordinarily self-administered as assigned.
• Perform simple procedures as an extension of the therapy or nursing services, e.g. range of motion (ROM) exercises as assigned.

• Flexible scheduling for family, work, and school balance
• Occasional Holidays - Time and a Half
• Weekends as needed
