Job summary

Boost Home Healthcare is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide 1-on-1 patient care in home settings in Fort Collins, CO. The role emphasizes dignity, independence, and a family-like culture.

You’ll perform personal care, document visits, report changes to the RN, support household tasks, assist with medications, and participate in ROM exercises; with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have Certified Home Health Aide credentials in the state of agency operation.
• Must have current BLS Certification.
• One Year (1) of healthcare experience in healthcare settings such as Home Health, Hospice, or Long-Term Care.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal care, bath and hands-on care as assigned.
• Complete appropriate visit records in a timely manner as per Agency policy.
• Report changes in the patient’s condition and needs to the RN.
• Perform household services essential to health care in the home as assigned.
• Ambulate and exercise the patient as assigned and assist with medications that are ordinarily self-administered as assigned.
• Perform simple procedures as an extension of the therapy or nursing services, e.g. range of motion (ROM) exercises as assigned.

Compensation:

Starting wage: $20.00/hour to $25.00/hour

Work Schedule:

• 1 on 1 patient care allowing you to do what you do best
• Flexible scheduling for family, work, and school balance
• Occasional Holidays - Time and a Half
