Boost Home Healthcare is seeking dedicated Home Health Aides for part-time or full-time roles in Fort Collins, CO. You will provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care to help patients remain independent and recover in a comfortable setting.

Qualifications

• Must have Certified Home Health Aide credentials in the state of operation (Colorado).
• Must have current BLS Certification.
• One year of healthcare experience in settings like Home Health, Hospice, or Long-Term Care.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal care, bathing, and hands-on care as assigned.
• Complete visit records timely per agency policy.
• Report changes in patient condition to the RN.
• Perform household services essential to home health care.
• Assist with medications ordinarily self-administered as assigned.
• Assist with ROM exercises as needed.

Compensation:

Starting wage: $20.00/hour to $25.00/hour

Job Type:

Work Schedule:

• 1 on 1 patient care allowing you to do what you do best
• Flexible scheduling for family, work, and school balance
• Occasional Holidays - Time and a Half
• Weekends as needed

What you’ll be doing:

• Perform personal care, bath and hands-on care as assigned.
• Complete appropriate visit records in a timely manner as per Agency policy.
• Report changes in the patient’s condition and needs to the RN.
• Perform household services essential to health care in the home as assigned.
• Ambulate and exercise the patient as assigned and assist with medications that are ordinarily self-administered as assigned.
• Perform simple procedures as an extension of the therapy or nursing services, e.g. range of motion (ROM) exercises as assigned.
