Job summary

Suncrest Hospice is hiring CNAs to provide compassionate care to hospice patients under nursing leadership. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans focused on comfort and dignity.

As a CNA, you will report changes in patient condition, follow safety and infection-control practices, and support families with empathetic communication. This role emphasizes collaboration, independence, and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and committed to improving patients’ quality of life.
• Ability to work collaboratively with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and aides.
• Comfortable providing direct, one-on-one care with patients alongside a supportive care team.
• Able to work independently and manage daily responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel with reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Current CNA certification in the state(s) of practice.

Responsibilities

• The CNA works under nursing leadership to deliver compassionate hospice care per patient plans.
• Collaborates with the hospice team to meet patient needs, promote comfort and dignity.

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) works under the direction of the nursing leadership team to provide compassionate care to assigned hospice patients in accordance with their assessments and individualized care plans. The CNA Collaborates with the hospice care team to meet patient needs, promote comfort and dignity, and report changes in condition. The CNA follows all Company policies, procedures, safety guidelines, and infection‑control practices.
