Job summary

Suncrest/Brighton is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide dignified hospice care under the nursing leadership team. You will deliver care aligned with assessments and individualized plans, promoting comfort and patient dignity.

Work collaboratively with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers and aides, while traveling as needed. You will follow all policies, safety guidelines, and infection-control practices to support patients and families.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and committed to improving patients’ quality of life.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Nurses, Social Workers, Chaplains, Volunteers, and Aide Leadership.
• Comfortable working one-on-one with patients while being supported by a dedicated care team.
• Able to work independently and manage daily responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel with reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
• Current CNA certification in the state(s) of practice.
• Eagerness to pursue additional certifications, education, and career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
